Fantastic results can be achieved with chemic cleaning which is the preferred method as it doesn’t use any abrasives. The detergents do the cleaning, leaving the surface of your wall intact.

Chemic cleaning can be used to bring buildings 95% clean. It removes staining caused by
pollution, algae, roosting birds, mortar, damp,
graffiti and much more. Chemic cleaning can
also be used to remove old, defective wall
coverings, paint removal........the walls can then be sandblasted to create a good key for the new paint to adhere to.
